My fascination with decorating and design began as a young girl. My mom has an amazing sense of style and a great eye for decorating. She worked at a local builder’s design center for many years. Some of my favorite memories involve tagging along with her to work, where I would look at the samples and imagine what I would pick

if I had my own home. My love for decorating only grew from there and it has become my true passion!

I graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the University of MN with a degree in Marketing. I worked in the corporate world for many years, but I always knew that something was missing. I made the decision to finally chase that dream that had been there all along and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made!

A Blessed Nest was created out of my love for decorating and design and based on the idea that our homes should be a place of peace, comfort and really reflect who we are. No matter how much or little we have, it is possible to make your home a place that gives your soul rest and brings you comfort. I believe in good, affordable design for every age and every stage. I can't wait to meet you and help you create your happy place!
